Our person centred care packages can be tailored to meet the exact needs of the client. We are proud to offer support in all areas of daily life; whether it be self-care, productivity or leisure.
Promoting independence
Do you or somebody you know require support to maintain their independence? This could involve support at home to prepare meals or support with personal care tasks.
Community engagement
Do you require support to access the community to participate in the things you enjoy? We can offer 7 day support services to support you. We can also identify and introduce you to new opportunities, groups and activities.
Skills development
Have you lost confidence in a particular skill or wish to develop a skill ready for independent living? This could include travel training, domestic tasks, cooking or learning how to manage your money.
Our trained Occupational Therapist's specialise in grading activities to ensure that you have the best opportunity to learn and maintain skills.
